Terms of Use

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by Aniipod (the "Site") and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the operator and users.

(1) "Site" means aniipod.app and its pages operated by the operator.

(2) "User" means any person who accesses the Site and uses its services under these Terms.

(3) "Operator" means the person who operates the Site.

(1) These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Site.

(2) The operator may amend these Terms to the extent that applicable laws are not violated, and will announce the effective date and reasons on the Site at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.

(3) A user who continues to use the Site after the effective date of the amended Terms is deemed to have agreed to them.

(1) The Site is an unofficial fan site for the game Aniimo. It is not an official site of the game and is not affiliated with its developer or publisher.

(2) The rights to game images and names belong to their original creator, Pawprint.

(3) The rights to the text, tools and layouts created by the Site belong to the operator.

(1) The Site provides services such as game information, maps, tier lists, battle calculations and Pathfinder profile lookup free of charge.

(2) The operator may modify or discontinue all or part of the services where necessary for operational or technical reasons.

(1) Users may sign in to the Site with a Google account.

(2) Users may request deletion of their account at any time, and the operator will process the request without delay.

(1) Users shall not engage in any of the following acts.

1. Automated collection that places an excessive load on the server

2. Circumventing or disabling the Site's security measures

3. Misusing the information of others

4. Any other act that violates applicable laws

(2) The operator may restrict the use of the services if a user violates paragraph (1).

(1) Users may quote content created by the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that the source (aniipod.app) is credited.

(2) Use of game content is subject to the policies of its original owner.

(1) Information on the Site is based on game data but may differ from the actual game or contain errors due to game updates or other reasons.

(2) Tier lists and battle calculations are estimates based on assumptions made by the Site.

(3) Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for any damage arising from a user's use of information on the Site.

Any person who believes that content on the Site infringes their rights may report it by email (info@aniipod.app), and the operator will take the necessary measures after review.

These Terms and any disputes concerning the use of the services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any lawsuit shall be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.

These Terms take effect on October 5, 2026.
